      Short version: Use GooodLife.AI responsibly and legally. Don't use it to send spam, circumvent security, or do anything you wouldn't do yourself. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
    

1. Acceptance of terms

By signing in and using GooodLife.AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

GooodLife.AI is an AI-powered personal assistant that connects to your Google account (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) via official Google OAuth APIs. It uses Anthropic's Claude AI to understand your requests and take actions on your behalf.

3. Your account

You must have a valid Google account to use GooodLife.AI. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your Google account
All activity that occurs through your GooodLife.AI account
Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use GooodLife.AI to:

Send spam, unsolicited messages, or phishing emails
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Harass, abuse, or harm any person
Attempt to circumvent security measures or access other users' data
Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models or code

5. AI-generated content

GooodLife.AI uses AI to generate responses and take actions. You understand that:

AI responses may sometimes be inaccurate or incomplete
You are responsible for reviewing AI-drafted emails before sending
GooodLife.AI will always ask for confirmation before sending emails or deleting calendar events
We are not liable for actions taken based on AI responses without your review

6. Subscription and billing

GooodLife.AI offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is required. By subscribing:

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal — access continues until the end of the billing period
Refunds are handled case-by-case; contact us within 7 days of a charge if you have concerns

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time by signing out and revoking Google OAuth access.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

GooodLife.AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 3 months
We do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free operation

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active users of material changes.
